Obsolete Products


 Introduction
It is quite common for parts used in Rastergraf products to have fallen out of production as many were designed years ago. However, Rastergraf maintains an adequate stock of critical parts like graphics chips and certain critical memory devices. When out of stock, we can usually obtain parts from our qualified and reliable third-party suppliers and brokers.

It is in this way that Rastergraf has been able to produce many of its older products. That said, please refer to the Rastergraf News page for more information about the End-of-Life (EOL) announcement that covers most of the older graphics products. 

Even though we stand by the EOL announcement, if you only need a small quantity of EOL boards, feel free to contact us. We may have some old stock or enough parts to put one or two boards together.

Also, please note:

1. Due to the ever-changing state of the supplier markets, Rastergraf CAN NOT guarantee how long we will be able to repair or manufacture any product.

2. If you have long term requirements, please contact us so that we can discuss how best to meet your needs.

3. Rastergraf (and Peritek) boards have proven very reliable in the field. However, as they age, more fallout will occur. Depending upon how critical these boards are to your or your customer's application, and how long these boards are expected to remain in operation, we strongly recommend you inquire about the availability of suitable spares.

4. Software support for many boards is minimal or not availabe. Old software will not be upgraded to new operating system releases. Please contact Rastergraf for more information
